This document sets out the full terms of use for the 349 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 349 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms apply to all users of the 349 platform, including visitors browsing the site, registered users, and users actively conducting transactions. 349 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms take effect will be deemed full acceptance of those changes. Users who do not agree with the updated terms should stop using the platform and close their account.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of services on the 349 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the platform. 349 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any balance payout. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
All activity conducted through your account is considered your own, unless you have promptly reported to us that your account was accessed without authorisation. 349 recommends using a strong, unique password and never sharing your login credentials with anyone.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 349 platform agree not to use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, disruptive, or harmful to other users or the platform itself. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Sharing your account or login credentials with another party.
- Manipulating games, transactions, or the bonus system in any unauthorised manner.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through multiple registrations or other fraudulent means.
- Uploading or transmitting content that is obscene, harmful, defamatory, or in violation of Malaysian law.
- Attempting to access areas of the platform that are not authorised for general users.
349 reserves the right to take action against any account suspected of breaching these rules, including temporary suspension, investigation, and permanent account closure.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 349 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support a range of commonly used local payment methods in Malaysia, including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other digital wallets listed on the platform. Supported payment methods are subject to change over time in line with system developments.
Deposits will be credited to your account once successful transaction confirmation is received by our system. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used. For withdrawals, users are required to complete account verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. All withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise specified.
349 is not liable for any delays, errors, or transaction failures caused by third parties, including banks, digital wallet providers, or network infrastructure. Any transaction disputes must be reported to our support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The 349 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate continuously, free from interruptions, errors, or data loss. To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, our total liability to any user claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content on the 349 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, user interfaces, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 349 or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any such content without prior written authorisation from us.
The 349 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. The inclusion of such links does not imply our endorsement of or responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Account Suspension Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
349 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any part of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraud, or misused the platform. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 349 support team. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once identity verification is completed. Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to the inactive account policy in effect at that time.
349 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via an in-platform notice or registered email. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
